LGBT patients

Same-sex female couples are welcomed by most top clinics and can access reciprocal IVF — one partner provides the egg, the other carries the pregnancy. Sperm donation is legal and unrestricted for orientation. Male same-sex couples typically pursue egg donation combined with a surrogacy program through a clinic's international partner.

Single women & single mothers by choice

Solo motherhood is fully supported. Single women can access donor sperm and, if needed, donor eggs — with no partner-consent or marriage requirement. Age is assessed medically, not legally: donor-egg cycles are commonly performed up to age 55 subject to cardiac and general health clearance.
